FHSS – Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum

Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum (FHSS) is a spread spectrum method employed in radio communication. It involves transmitting data by hopping between different frequencies in a specific sequence, creating a hopping pattern in the spectrum. A well-known example of FHSS is Bluetooth, which rapidly switches between 79 available channels, hopping 1600 times per second.
