Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS) is an organization based in the United States, dedicated to the development and promotion of technical and operational standards for telecommunications and associated information technologies. Its standardization efforts encompass a wide range of topics related to both wireless and wireline networks, including wireless technologies, interconnection standards, number portability, enhanced data transmission, Internet telephony, toll-free access, telecommunications fraud prevention, as well as order and billing matters, among others. ATIS holds accreditation from the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).

ATIS/WTSC, previously known as T1P1 (Wireless Technologies and Systems Committee), collaborates with 3GPP as a partner and is responsible for the standardization of UMTS Terrestrial Radio Access (UTRA).
