The Cell Broadcast Entity (CBE) is a multi-user interface located at the information provider’s premises, enabling the creation and management of Cell Broadcast messages (SMS-CB). These messages are then transmitted from the CBE to the Cell Broadcast Centre (CBC) operated by the mobile network operator.
